Salmon with Lime and Chili (Air Fryer)
This Air Fryer Salmon recipe is a family favourite. It's full of flavour and a great way to cook chili lime salmon. Special thanks to Cuisinart for sending us their Air Fryer Toaster Oven to try out.
1 lb salmon Alaska king (fresh, not frozen)
½ tsp. chili powder
¼ tsp. black pepper, freshly ground
¼ tsp. sea salt
2 whole limes
Garnish:
fresh parsley
Season the salmon with some chili powder, pepper, and salt.
After seasoning the salmon, slice one of the limes and place on top of the salmon.
Once you have the lime on the salmon place the salmon into the air fryer.
Set the air fryer to 375°F (190°C) and cook for about 8 minutes.
You'll know the salmon is ready once it reaches 145°F in the thickest part with a meat thermometer.
Slice open the remaining lime and squeeze the juice onto the salmon as it comes out of the air fryer and then garnish with chopped parsley.
Makes 2 servings.
