Gluten Free
Gluten free flours are a collection of ‘powders’ made from ground seeds, grains, fruits, nuts and even insects, each with its own unique properties, from taste and texture, to nutritional content and how it will react when used in baking and cooking. It is not as simple as being able to grab one gluten-free flour, or even one gluten free all-purpose flour blend to bake successfully. And at times, knowing which flours to pick and combine together for which recipe can all become a little overwhelming.
