Shrimp with Lemon and Garlic (Air Fryer)

airfryer-lemongarlicshrimpThis Air Fryer Lemon Garlic Shrimp is so wonderfully fresh and flavourful. So quick and easy to make, perfect to serve as an appetizer or as part of a main course.

1 lb raw shrimp, peeled and de-veined (454 g)
vegetable oil or spray, to coat shrimp
¼ tsp. garlic powder (1.25 mL)
kosher or sea salt
black pepper, freshly ground

To Serve:
lemon wedges
minced parsley
chili flakes

In a bowl, toss the shrimp with the oil. Add garlic powder, salt and pepper and toss to evenly coat the shrimp.

Add shrimp to air fryer basket in a single layer.

Air fry at 400°F for about 10-14 minutes, gently shaking and flipping halfway, depending on size of shrimp.

Transfer shrimp to bowl, squeeze lemon juice on top. Sprinkle parsley and/or chili flakes and serve hot.
