Shrimp with Lemon and Garlic (Air Fryer)
This Air Fryer Lemon Garlic Shrimp is so wonderfully fresh and flavourful. So quick and easy to make, perfect to serve as an appetizer or as part of a main course.
1 lb raw shrimp, peeled and de-veined (454 g)
vegetable oil or spray, to coat shrimp
¼ tsp. garlic powder (1.25 mL)
kosher or sea salt
black pepper, freshly ground
To Serve:
lemon wedges
minced parsley
chili flakes
In a bowl, toss the shrimp with the oil. Add garlic powder, salt and pepper and toss to evenly coat the shrimp.
Add shrimp to air fryer basket in a single layer.
Air fry at 400°F for about 10-14 minutes, gently shaking and flipping halfway, depending on size of shrimp.
Transfer shrimp to bowl, squeeze lemon juice on top. Sprinkle parsley and/or chili flakes and serve hot.
