Deviled Ham
For this deviled ham recipe (and everything else), we love Benton's brand, made in Tennessee.
8 oz country ham or good deli ham, coarsely chopped
4 oz cream cheese, room temperature
¼ cup mayonnaise
1 Tbsp. hot sauce
2 tsp. whole grain mustard
⅛ tsp. ground cayenne pepper
1 scallion, chopped
2 Tbsp. fresh flat-leaf parsley, finely chopped
sea salt
black pepper, freshly ground
Pulse ham in a food processor until finely chopped. Transfer to a large bowl and mix in cream cheese, mayonnaise, hot sauce, mustard and cayenne. Fold in scallion and parsley; season with salt and pepper.
Makes 8 servings.
