Belize 75

This cocktail is a fun, tropical riff on the classic French 75, using local rum instead of gin and fresh blood orange juice instead of lemon. The ultimate refresher!

1 oz blood orange juice, freshly squeezed (or other fresh citrus juice)
1 oz rum
4 oz sparkling wine

Garnish:
blood oranges slices

Combine orange juice and rum in the bottom of a champagne flute. Slowly pour the sparkling wine over top.

Garnish with a blood orange wheel, if desired.

Makes 1 drink.
