Enjoy the true flavours of winter with our maple and grapefruit cocktail. The Fireside Cocktail embodies the flavours of the holidays and is sure to warm your spirits.

Grey Goose® Vodka (40 mL)
No. 2 organic maple syrup (10 mL)
1 sprig rosemary
1 pinch sea salt
pink grapefruit juice, freshly squeezed (50 mL)

Prep the glassware ahead of time in order to build the cocktail in front of guests.

In the bottom of a rocks glass, briefly crush the rosemary leaves into the maple and salt.

Fill with good-quality ice and add the Grey Goose.

Top with fresh pink grapefruit juice and stir well.

Garnish with an extra sprig of rosemary.

Makes 1 cocktail.
