La Vie En Rose

lavieenroseThe La Vie En Rose champagne cocktail combines the smooth taste of Grey Goose® Vodka with vintage port, lemon juice, simple syrup, rose champagne and a foam garnish.

Grey Goose® vodka (35 mL)
late-bottled vintage Port (10 mL)
lemon juice, freshly squeezed (25 mL)
simple syrup (10 mL)
rose Champagne (25 mL)
rose Champagne foam

In a cocktail shaker, combine all ingredients (except the foam and the rose champagne).

Muddle and shake vigorously.

Strain into a chilled flute.

Float rose champagne and foam on top.

Foam Ingredients:
14 parts raspberry purée
4 parts water
2 tsp. vegetarian gelatin

Makes 1 cocktail.
