Martini (Summer)

Beefeater’s special Summer Edition Gin packs a heavy dose of floral flavour.

3 oz Beefeater Summer Edition gin (90 mL)
1 oz dry vermouth (30 mL)

Garnish:
1 blackberry
1 raspberry

Add both ingredients to a mixing glass and fill with ice. Stir until well chilled and strain into a Martini glass.

Garnish with a blackberry and a raspberry on a toothpick.

Makes 1 cocktail.
