Paralyzer (Saskatchewan)

This premium vodka-based team's favourite is made with 4 other ingredients: milk, maraschino cherry, cola and kahlua coffee liqueur.

ice cubes
½ oz coffee liqueur (Tia Maria or Kahlua)
½ oz premium vodka
2 oz cola
3 oz milk
maraschino cherry

Fill a chilled highball glass with ice. Pour in Kahlua and vodka. Pour in cola next. Very important otherwise the milk will curdle.

Top with cold milk and a cherry for the ladies. Add a straw. The drink should be served unstirred.

You can just use 1-oz vodka if you don't have Kahlua. You can also substitute the vodka with tequila.

Makes 1 cocktail.
