Pear Flower

Grey Goose® La Poire Flavoured Vodka and premium elderflower liqueur add delicious complexity to a fresh combination of grapefruit and lemon juices.

Grey Goose® la Poire (45 mL)
St-Germain® Elderflower Liqueur (15 mL)
grapefruit juice, freshly squeezed (25 mL)
lemon juice, freshly squeezed (7 mL)
simple syrup (7 mL)
sugar

Rub a lemon wedge around the rim of a cocktail glass.

Roll the moistened glass in the sugar.

Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker.

Shake well and double strain into chilled martini glass.

Garnish with pink grapefruit zest.

Makes 1 cocktail.
