Sloe Gin Fizz

2 oz sloe Gin
½ oz lemon juice, freshly squeezed
½ tsp. sugar
soda water
1 twist lime
ice cubes

Put all ingredients in shaker. Shake briskly. Pour into a chilled highball glass. Fill the glass with soda water and stir lightly. Add some ice cubes.

Garnish with a lime twist.

Makes 1 drink.
