Strawberry Float

This pretty strawberry float is perfect for a special Valentine drink with your kids or yourself or whomever you wish.

1 cup sliced strawberries
7-up
strawberry ice cream

Place sliced strawberries and ½ cup 7-up in a blender or food processor and blend until smooth. Divide between two glasses.

Fill glasses ¾ full with 7-up and top each with a generous scoop of strawberry ice cream. Serve immediately.

Makes 2 servings.
