Fruit Smoothie
½ cup fresh or frozen fruit, sliced (125 mL)
½ 8 oz vanilla or plain yogurt (125 mL)
½ cup milk (125 mL)
1 tsp. honey (5 mL)
½ tsp. pure vanilla extract (25 mL)
Place fruit, yogurt, milk, honey, and vanilla extract in blender jar.
