Rolled Biscuits (Bisquick)
Breakfast, lunch or dinner-this rolled biscuit recipe is a welcome addition to any meal. Serve these Bisquick Rolled Biscuits with butter and jam for breakfast, use them as a sandwich for lunch or even in place of dinner rolls.
2¼ cups Bisquick
⅔ cup milk
Preheat an oven to 450°F (230°C/210°C fan, Gas Mark 8).
In a medium bowl, stir all the ingredients until a soft dough forms.
Turn dough onto surface dusted with Bisquick mix. Knead 10 times. Roll dough ½” thick. Cut with 2½” cutter. Place on an ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown.
