Cheeseburger Pie (Bisquick)

1 lb lean (at least 80%) ground beef
1 large onion, chopped (1 cup)
½ tsp. sea salt
1 cup cheddar cheese, freshly shredded (4 oz)
½ cup Bisquick
1 cup milk
2 eggs
1 tsp. vegetable oil
Preheat an oven to 400°F (200°C/180°C fan, Gas Mark 6). Spray 9" glass pie plate with cooking spray.
In 10” skillet, cook beef and onion over medium heat 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until beef is brown; drain. Stir in salt. Spread in pie plate. Sprinkle with cheese.
In medium bowl, stir remaining ingredients with fork or wire whisk until blended. Pour into pie plate.
Bake 29-33 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
