Parmesan Oregano Croûtons (Oven-Baked)
Use yesterday's bread today. Top salad or soup with these delicious herb and cheese croûtons.
4 cups bread, cut into 1" cubes
2 Tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil
½ tsp. ground oregano
3 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese, finely grated
sea salt
pepper, freshly cracked
Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C/160°C fan, Gas Mark 4).
On a rimmed baking sheet, toss bread cubes with olive oil, oregano, and Parmesan.
Season with salt and pepper.
Bake in a single layer until croutons are toasted and crisp, about 15 minutes, tossing halfway through.
