Jarlsberg Cheese Dip
This is a simple cheese dip that's loaded with flavour. If you aren’t familiar with Jarlsberg cheese, then wow are you in for a treat. This Norwegian cheese is Swiss cheese’s sweet and nutty brother to the north and it is a dream ingredient to add to your dish or eat by the slice. And in this Jarlsberg Cheese Dip, the flavour truly shines. It’s the kind of recipe that feels upscale and indulgent, but it comes together in a matter of minutes so you’ll be tempted to make it on repeat - no special occasion needed.
3 cups Jarlsberg cheese, freshly shredded
½ cup mayonnaise
2½ Tbsp. whole milk
2 Tbsp. red onion, diced
2 Tbsp. fresh parsley, finely chopped
1 Tbsp. lemon juice, freshly squeezed
½ tsp. sea salt
½ tsp. black pepper, freshly ground
1 pinch ground paprika
To Serve:
crackers
pretzels
toasted pita chips
raw veggies
Add all ingredients to a medium-sized bowl and mix until well combined. Transfer to serving dish if desired.
Cover and chill for 1-2 hours before serving to allow flavours to meld.
