Garlic Dip

garlicdipWhen it comes to anything in the kitchen, I like it to be easy no matter what we're making. That's one reason I love dips and dipping sauces. They add great flavour and are also great for entertaining. On the weekends, we sometimes like to enjoy veggies, chips, and dips instead of doing a full out lunch. This dip also serves as a quick sauce for poultry or other meats.

½ cup Greek yogurt
½ cup sour cream
½ cup mayonnaise
6-8 cloves garlic, grated
sea salt
black pepper, freshly ground
parsley flakes

Stir the yogurt and sour cream together in a small bowl. Add the garlic and mix well.

Add in mayonnaise until you get the desired consistency. Ideally, you want it to be thin enough to be dippable.

Season to taste with salt and pepper.

Garnish with parsley and serve with pizza, meat, poultry or vegetables.

Makes 1½ cups.
