Garlic Mayonnaise (Hot Pepper)

This garlic mayonnaise is perfect for everything you can think of - especially hamburgers and chicken salad.

4 large cloves garlic
4 pinches sea salt
¼ cup Hellmann's mayonnaise
4 tsp. lemon juice, freshly squeezed
2 dash hot pepper sauce

Mince garlic with salt until a smooth paste, stir into mayonnaise along with lemon juice and hot pepper sauce.
