Creole Rub

This rub will add a delicious Creole flavour to anything you want to grill or smoke.

½ cup Creole mustard
½ cup onion, minced
1½ Tbsp. minced garlic
1 Tbsp. hot pepper sauce
¼ cup dry Cajun seasoning blend

Mix cajun seasoning and other ingredients together.

Store in airtight container in the refrigerator.

Makes about 1 1/3 cups.
