Flour and Herb Rub

This spice rub can be used like "shake-n-bake".  Use a plastic bag and shake meat till completely covered and bake.

4 Tbsp. flour, unbleached
1 Tbsp. tomato basil flavoured dry soup mix
1 Tbsp. chicken flavoured dry soup mix
½ tsp. dried savoury
½ tsp. dried thyme
½ tsp. dried herb you like
½ tsp. chili flakes
1 tsp. pepper, freshly cracked

Combine all ingredients into an air tight container and mix well.

Makes about ¾ cup.
