Herb Rub

This seasoning mix can be used for our Herb-Rubbed Turkey or Roasted Chicken with Herb Rub recipes. 

2 tsp. dried sage
½ tsp. dried thyme
½ tsp. dried marjoram
¼ tsp. coarse sea salt
pinch pepper, freshly cracked

In a small bowl, combine sage, thyme, marjoram, salt, and pepper.
