Blackening Spice

A spice designed to char meats, fish and poultry.

1 Tbsp. ground paprika
1 tsp. dried thyme leaves
1 tsp. ground cayenne
½ tsp. white pepper, freshly ground
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. onion powder

Mix the ingredients well and funnel into a shaker.

Seal well and store in a cool dry place.
