Caribbean Spice Mix (Caribbean)

Caribbean island flavours at a moment's notice. Keep this spice mix on hand for rubbing chicken and fish, or tossing into coconut curries. It masterfully walks the line between sweet and spicy while being all the way flavourful.

1 tsp. brown sugar
1 tsp. ground smoked paprika
2 tsp. ground paprika
2 tsp. sea salt
1 tsp. onion powder
1 tsp. garlic powder
½-1 tsp. ground cayenne powder
¾ tsp. white pepper, freshly ground
1 tsp. black pepper, freshly ground
½ tsp. dried thyme
½ tsp. dried oregano

In a small bowl, mix the brown sugar and spices together.
