Chicken Coating Mix
I use this mix the same way you would shake n' bake. While this mixture is excellent on poultry it works equally well on pork.
2 Tbsp. dried parsley
1 Tbsp. dried oregano
1 Tbsp. dried marjoram
1 Tbsp. dried thyme
2 tsp. dried rosemary
1 tsp. garlic salt
1 tsp. onion salt
2 tsp. celery salt
2 tsp. ground ginger
1 tsp. black pepper, freshly cracked
1 tsp. ground sage
1 Tbsp. ground paprika
Combine all ingredients in a small bowl and blend well.
Spoon mixture into a small airtight container and store in a cool dry place and use within 6 months.
Makes about ½ cup of mix.
