Hummus (Nando's Copycat)
Healthy, delicious Hummus with Peri-Peri Sauce just like at Nando's.
chickpeas, drained (400 g)
3 Tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil
1 lemon, freshly juiced
sea salt
Nando's Peri-Peri sauce (20 mL)
Blend the drained chickpeas and extra virgin olive oil. Squeeze in the juice of one lemon and season to taste with salt.
Drizzle Nando's Peri-Peri sauce on top and mix slightly.
Serve with warm pita breads or crunchy fresh veggies.
