Smoked Salmon Caper Spread

smokedsalmoncaperspreadThis salmon spread recipe is made with smoked salmon and cream cheese. It's easy to make, delicious and sure to get many compliments whenever you serve it.

8 oz cream cheese
1 Tbsp. lemon juice, freshly squeezed
1 Tbsp. milk
1 Tbsp. capers, rinsed and drained
1 cup smoked salmon
¼ cup fresh parsley

Combine cream cheese, lemon juice, freshly squeezed, milk and capers with ⅔ cup of salmon in food processor or blender. Mix until smooth. Add remaining ⅓ cup salmon and mix until just stirred into the cheese mixture.

Chill in small bowl lined with plastic wrap. Just before serving, roll in fresh parsley, chopped.

Serve with crackers or breads for an appetizer.
