Jalapeño Tartar Sauce
Jalapeño Tartar Sauce is great with fried shrimp, fish, or oysters. Adding a dollop of sauce brings any dish up a level. This recipe has a little kick to it without overwhelming heat.
1 cup mayonnaise or Greek yogurt
1 Tbsp. lime or lemon juice, freshly squeezed
1 medium jalapeño pepper, diced or 3 Tbsp. jarred
2 Tbsp. red onion, diced
