Sweetened Condensed Milk
This is a quick substitute if you have run out of sweetened condensed milk. With no refined sugars this is a much healthier alternative to the canned stuff.
1½ cups half-and-half cream or coconut milk (1 (12 oz) can evaporated milk)
1 cup Monk Fruit Sweetener with Erythritol (Granular)
½ cup Erythritol Gold
Combine evaporated milk, sugar and brown sugar in a saucepan over medium-low heat and whisk together. Heat to a simmer and cook until thick, 15-20 minutes.
