Tipsy Cream (English)

english-tipsycreamChristmas Pudding, Mince Pies even a simple Fruit Salad love this boozy Tipsy Cream Recipe. Brandy or Cognac are the traditional flavours for the cream at Christmas but feel free to add your favourite tipple.

½ pt heavy cream (300 mL)
1 oz confectioners' sugar (25 g)
1 Tbsp. brandy, cognac or other liqueur

Place the cream and sugar in a large mixing bowl and beat to soft peaks using an electric, or hand whisk.

Carefully fold in the liqueur to taste.

Place in a serving dish, cover and store in the fridge until needed.
