Banana Frosting

A delicious icing that can be used for just about any cake or fruit bread.

1 large very ripe banana, mashed
½ tsp. lemon juice, freshly squeezed
¼ cup butter, softened
3-3½ cups confectioner's sugar, sifted

Mix the banana and lemon juice together.

Cream the butter with 1 cup of the powdered sugar; then add the banana and enough remaining sugar to make the mixture thick and spreadable.
