Lemon and Limoncello Glaze
This luscious glaze is made with limoncello and powdered sugar. And yes, the glaze certainly had a "punch" to it. If you want to make it "kid-friendly", use lemon juice instead.
2 cups confectioners’ sugar
2 Tbsp. lemon juice, freshly squeezed
1 Tbsp. lemon zest, finely grated
2 Tbsp. lemon liqueur, such as limoncello
1⁄8 tsp. kosher salt
Whisk sugar, juice, zest, liqueur, and salt in a bowl until smooth.
Makes about 1 cup.
