Mocha Chip Pudding

mochachippudding4-5 tsp. instant espresso powder
1 recipe Vanilla or Chocolate Pudding, cooled 
¼ cup miniature chocolate chips

Dissolve 4-5 tsp. instant espresso powder in 2 Tbsp. boiling water; set aside until cool.

Mix dissolved espresso into cooled Pudding.

Garnish with ¼ cup miniature chocolate chips.

Makes 4 servings.
