Polenta Fries

These delicious baked polenta fries can be made using tubes of prepared polenta found in the refrigerated section of local supermarkets.

Parmesan cheese, shredded
black pepper, freshly cracked
Cut cold polenta into fries; transfer to a baking sheet. Drizzle with oil, turn to coat evenly, and spread in a single layer. Sprinkle with Parmesan and pepper.
Broil, 6" below heating element, until crisp and golden brown, about 8 minutes.
