Blueberry Walnut Muesli

blueberrywalnutmuesliServe muesli with yogurt, berries, and a drizzle of honey. Can also be used to make Muesli Muffins.

1½ cups old-fashioned oats
¾ cup dried blueberries
½ cup walnuts, coarsely chopped and toasted
1/3 cup sunflower seeds, toasted
¼ cup wheat germ
2 Tbsp. flaxseed

Stir together all ingredients in a large bowl.

Makes 3 cups.


Cook's Note: Muesli can be stored in an airtight container up to 1 week.
