Herb Sugar

This fresh and fragrant raw sugar is wonderful sprinkled on fruit salad or pineapple rings, used to rim cocktail glasses, or stirred into lemonade or iced tea.
¾ cup raw sugar
½ cup fresh tender herbs, such as basil, mint, or cilantro
In a food processor, combine raw sugar and herbs. Pulse until herbs are finely ground and mixture is well combined.
Makes 1 cup.
