Pork Chops with Almond Flour (Air Fryer)

4 pork chops, boneless, ½" thick
1 pinch sea salt
1 pinch black pepper, freshly ground
1 egg
⅓ cup Parmesan cheese, grated
⅓ cup almond flour
½ tsp. sea salt
¼ tsp. black pepper, freshly ground
¼ tsp. garlic powder
avocado oil cooking spray

Season pork chops with salt and pepper on both sides.

Beat egg in a medium bowl. Mix Parmesan cheese, almond flour, ½ tsp. salt, ¼ tsp. pepper, and garlic powder together in a second bowl.

Dip each pork chop in egg, then in Parmesan flour mixture to coat. Place in the air fryer basket and spritz with avocado oil.

Cook in an air fryer at 375°F (190°C) until lightly browned, 8-10 minutes. Flip pork chops over, spritz with avocado oil and cook until pork is no longer pink in the center, 3-4 minutes more.

Makes 4 servings.


Cook's Notes: If you are using bone-in pork chops, increase the cooking time by about 2 minutes.
