Chocolate Covered Strawberries (Protein)
Chocolate Covered Strawberries make for the perfect guilt-free dessert or snack while still bringing the flavour. With only 3 ingredients, they're super quick and easy to whip up. Grab a couple before or after the gym, as a post-dinner dessert, or even to top off your morning oats. They're great any time.
14 strawberries, washed and dried
1 scoop chocolate whey protein powder
1 (11.5 oz) pkg dark chocolate chips
Melt the chocolate in a microwave at 50% power for 1 minute. Stir and repeat until melted.
Stir in the protein powder and mix until smooth.
Holding the strawberry by the stem, dip the fruit into the dark chocolate, lift and twist slightly, letting any excess chocolate fall back into the bowl.
Set strawberries on a parchment-lined sheet, let rest until set and dig in.
