Pinto Beans (Instant Pot)

1 lb dry pinto beans
1 Tbsp. sea salt
6 cups water
6 slices bacon, diced
1 onion, diced
¾ cup molasses
½ cup brown sugar
1½ tsp. dry mustard
¾ cup ketchup
½ tsp. sea salt
½ tsp. garlic
1½ tsp. white wine vinegar
½ tsp. chili powder
½ tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Put beans, salt, and water in the inner pot of the Instant Pot.
Secure the lid and make sure vent is at sealing. Press the Bean/Chili setting and set on normal for 1 hour.
Let the pressure release naturally, then drain the beans. Remove the beans from the pot and set aside.
Sauté the bacon and onion in inner pot until the bacon is crisp and onion is translucent.
Mix seasonings in a bowl. Return beans to pot; stir. Pour seasonings over beans, then stir.
Secure the lid and make sure vent is at sealing. Press the Bean/Chili setting and set for 30 minutes.
Let pressure release naturally then remove lid. Let sit to thicken.
