Pasta Florentine (Baked)

Similar to lasagna, this elegant casserole is made with short pasta and spinach.

2 cups farfalle pasta, cooked
2-3 cups spaghetti sauce
1 lb ground beef
1 (10 oz pkg) chopped spinach, thawed
1 cup sour cream
½ cup Parmesan or Romano cheese, grated

Preheat ovent to 375°F (190°C).

Brown the ground beef, add sauce.

Mix the sauce with the noodles. Cool. Layer the noodles with spinach, sour cream, and cheese.

Repeat until all ingredients are used.

Bake at for 30 minutes.
