Brown Butter Sauce

A versatile and easy to prepare sauce which goes well with stuffed pasta.

2 sticks (1 cup) butter (250 mL)

Melt butter in a small saucepan over medium heat, swirling occasionally, until dark golden brown, about 8-10 minutes.

Pour over cooked pasta.
