Salad with Jalapeño Dressing (Somali Salad with Bizbaz)
Somali Salad is your basic simple salad made with just lettuce, tomato, onion and cucumbers, but it is served with a spicy jalapeño dressing called Bizbaz or Bisbas, that is to die for. I am in love. Not only is it quick and easy to whip up and makes an excellent salad dressing, I have put it on grilled meats too and it is awesome. A quick and easy refreshing salad with an exceptional Jalapeño dressing. In Somali, they often end their meal with the salad course like the Italians.
