Caesar Dressing (Mayonnaise)
This easy creamy Caesar salad dressing comes together so fast, and you don't need any fancy ingredients or special tools to make it. It's seriously delicious and better than store-bought or even at a restaurant.
¼ cup Parmesan cheese, freshly grated
¾ cup Hellmann's mayonnaise
2 Tbsp. sour cream or Krema yogurt
1 tsp. lemon juice, freshly squeezed
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. Dijon mustard
2-3 large cloves garlic, minced
sea salt
black pepper, freshly ground
Add all ingredients to a small bowl or add them to a measuring cup like I do - I measure out the mayonnaise first).
Give everything a good stir (or whisk it) until the dressing is smooth.
Serve immediately or chill first.
Dressing will keep in the fridge, covered, for 3-4 days.
