Chicken Gravy

Use this easy chicken gravy recipe (no drippings required) to add rich, creamy flavour.

2 cups chicken broth
3 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 tsp. Poultry Seasoning

Bring chicken broth to a boil.  Dissolve cornstarch in a small amount of cold water and add to chicken broth.  Season to taste with poultry seasoning and cook until thickened. 

Serve.

Makes about 2 cups.
