Garlic Yogurt Sauce
This garlic yogurt sauce is creamy, tangy and so easy to make. We love to drizzle it over roasted vegetables, add it to sandwiches, or use it as a dipping sauce for chicken.
1 cup Greek yogurt, such as Krema
2-3 Tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil
3 Tbsp. lemon juice, freshly squeezed
8 cloves garlic
1 shallot, finely chopped
sea salt
black pepper, freshly ground
In a medium bowl, stir together the yogurt, olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, shallots, salt and pepper.
Chill for at least 3 hours before serving.
Makes 1ΒΌ cups.
Storage: Store the sauce for up to 5 days in an airtight container in the fridge.
