Parsley Sauce
This sauce can be used for Goat Cheese Ravioli.
2 Tbsp. fresh parsley, finely chopped
2 Tbsp. olive oil
1 Tbsp. Parmesan, grated
1 tsp. water
sea salt
pepper, freshly cracked
In a small bowl, stir together parsley, olive oil, Parmesan, and water; season with salt and pepper.
