Praline Sauce
To satisfy your sweet tooth, whip up this quick and easy Praline Sauce that pairs perfectly atop our decadent Cream Puffs.
1 cup firmly packed light brown sugar
½ cup half and half cream
½ cup butter
pinch kosher salt
1 tsp. pure vanilla extract
Bring brown sugar, half and half, butter, and a pinch of salt to a boil in a small saucepan over medium heat, stirring constantly. Cook, stirring constantly, 1 minute.
Remove from heat, and stir in vanilla. Let stand 10 minutes.
Serve warm.
Makes about 1½ cups.
