Sautéed Cucumbers
If you've never cooked cucumbers before, try this easy recipe.
1 medium-size English cucumber
1 Tbsp. butter
¼ tsp. sea salt
fresh dill, or parsley, chopped
Peel cucumber and cut into large chunks.
In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add the cucumber and salt. Cook, tossing occasionally, until tender, about 5 minutes.
Serve sprinkled with fresh dill or parsley.
Makes 4 servings.
