Prosciutto and Melon Bruschetta with Balsamic Vinegar
Preparing bruschetta is as simple as making a sandwich; there's no need to measure ingredients.

thin slices prosciutto
melon, such as cantaloupe or honeydew
aged balsamic vinegar
Top toasts (do not rub with garlic or drizzle with oil in this variation) with thin slices of prosciutto and melon, such as cantaloupe. (Use a vegetable peeler or a mandoline for the fruit.)
Drizzle with aged balsamic vinegar.
