Pear and Ricotta Crostini with Walnuts
Spoon these flavourful toppings over crostini or toast from a country-style loaf.
1ΒΌ cups ricotta cheese
pear slices
walnut pieces
coarse sea salt
black pepper, freshly cracked
pure honey
1 recipe Crostini
Divide ricotta cheese among crostini. Top each piece with several ripe pear slices and some walnut pieces.
Season with salt and pepper and drizzle each with honey.
Serve immediately.
Makes 4 servings, 16 small or 8 large crostini.
